Ingrediends you will need :taco shells,rajma (red kidney beans) ,tomato puree , dried oregano, tomato ketchup, tomatoes chopped, purple cabbage ,cheese and corn. you can also add paneer to it.

2.Rava dhokla


Rawa dhokla is a popular gujarati snack served hot . It can be eaten with tomato ketchup and cheese sauce. this can be also callled as sooji dhokla.
Ingredients : sooji, yoghurt, water, salt ,fruit salt or eno 
For seasoning :oil , mustard seeeds , sev , cumin seeds ,seasome seeds and other toppings .


3. Khaman dhokla 



The khaman dhokla is an all time favourie gujrati street good that is served with tea time. It has a verygood taste when sev is sprinkled on it . It can be eaten with tomato ketchup nd cheese sauce.
ingredients : besan , sugar, salt, turmeric ,frit salt (eno)
For tempering : mustard seeds , cumun seeds, seasame seeds , grated coconut for garnishing , purple cabbage for garnishing. 
 

4.Dal baati



A platter of semi-sweet churma, spicy dal and deep fried baati, is one such tradional rajastani daal baati churma combonation. Sresh baatis drowned in piping hot dal is a perfect accompaniment for churma. Because of water scarcity and climatic conditons a different cooking method is used. Rajasthani cuisine has dishes that can be prepared and stored under days.
For churma :wheat flour , rava, ghee, almonds, cardmom, sugar
For dal : chana dal ,  urhar dal , moong dal  , c;loves , cumin seeds, garam masala , 
For the baatis : wheat flour , besan, milk , ghee, carom seeds 


5.Moong dal kachori


Moong dal kachori is a lip- smacking , straight from the land of flavours rajasthan and also called as khasta kachori. A perfect kachori is one that is puffed up and flaky outside but hollow inside as the filling sticks to the crust.
Ingredients : maida or wheat flour, mekted ghee , baking soda , salt, feenel seeds (varyali ) powder , stick cinnamom , boriya mirchi, cloves, dhanya - jeera powder , gram flour (besan ), chhat masala,oil ,red chiili powder , chaat masala.


6.Khandvi



It is a mouth watering traditional gujrati snack prepared with gram flour and buttermilk and seasoned with sauteed sesame seeds and few other soices. Its not only easyto make and healthy also. The simple 
yet aromatic seasoning of sauteed cumin, mustard, and coconut makes it irrestistible.
Ingredients : besan , yoghurt , tumeric powder, salt , oil , sesame seeds, mustard seeds, cumin powder and red chilli powder.

 

7.Dahi wada



The classic always remains classic and seldom needs an introduction!

8.Dal dhokli



It is a spicy tangy , tangy and very slightly sweet and lip-smacking one-pot meal, prepared by simmering whole wheat flour. to add on t that , it is then tempered with ghee, hing, cumin seeds, mustard seeds ,-the result , an incredibly delicious meal that you just cannot resist eating~!!

Ingredients : for dhoklis 
Wheat flour , red chilli powder , turmeric, oil , ajwain 
For dal : toovar dal (yellow pigeon seeds ),raw peanuts,ghee,mustard seeds , cumin seeds , fenugreek seeds , cloves, cloves, asofoetida, finely chopped tomatoes, jaggery.


9. Moong panner corn wada


These unique pakodas have a very different mouth-feel and a perfect flavour! This is a spicy delicious snack crispy outside and soft inside. moong dal wada is a perfect tasty treat.
Ingredients : moong dal , cumin seeds , panneer ,corn ,asofoetida, baking soda , salt.
